Check your spam/promotions folder and make sure the email address is typed correctly. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if needed. If it still does not arrive, email varshajagadale93@gmail.com from the same address.
Money was debited but my plan is not active.
First sign out and sign in again with the email used at checkout. If the plan is still not active after 30 minutes, email varshajagadale93@gmail.com with your Razorpay order ID or payment ID (from your payment receipt or bank SMS). We will activate the plan or refund the full amount — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Plans are prepaid with no auto-debit, so there is nothing to cancel. Full refunds are available on request within 7 days of your first purchase. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
