Dnyansetu provides an online, digital service: practice quizzes, current-affairs analysis, mock tests, downloadable study PDFs and progress tracking, accessed through our website https://dnyansetu.app.
1. No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No books, printed material or devices are sent by post or courier, and no shipping or delivery charges apply to any order.
2. How and when you receive access
- Instant activation: your paid plan is activated on your account online immediately after Razorpay confirms a successful payment — usually within a few seconds.
- Where to find it: sign in with the same email address you used at checkout and open your Dashboard. All features of your plan are available there for the full paid period (1 month or 1 year from activation).
- Confirmation: you will see the active plan on your account, and a payment receipt is sent to your email by Razorpay.
- Delivery area: the Service can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, on mobile or desktop browsers.
3. If your plan is not activated
In rare cases (bank or network delays), activation may take longer. If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment:
- Sign out and sign in again with the email used at checkout, then refresh the page.
- If it is still not active, email varshajagadale93@gmail.com with your Razorpay order ID or payment ID. We will activate your plan or refund the amount, usually within 2 working days.

4. Service availability
Content is published online on an ongoing basis (for example, daily current-affairs quizzes). Occasional short downtime for maintenance does not extend or reduce your paid period, except where an extended outage is caused by us, in which case please contact us.
