This provision has been notified under the 'National Highways Act, 1956' as per the 'National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2026'. • This scheme is for non-commercial vehicle owners living within a 20 km radius.ही योजना २० किमीच्या परिघात राहणाऱ्या विना-व्यावसायिक (Non-commercial) वाहनधारकांसाठी आहे.
• Having a valid and active 'FASTag' is mandatory for this pass.या पाससाठी वैध आणि कार्यान्वित 'फास्टॅग' (FASTag) असणे अनिवार्य आहे.
• The annual fee is fixed at Rs 1,500 for tolls outside municipal areas and Rs 3,000 for tolls within municipal limits.नगरपालिका क्षेत्राबाहेरील टोलसाठी वार्षिक शुल्क १,५०० रुपये तर नगरपालिका क्षेत्रांतर्गत टोलसाठी ३,००० रुपये निश्चित केले आहे.
• This facility is not applicable on highways with a 'Closed user-fee collection' system.ही सुविधा 'क्लोज्ड युजर-फी कलेक्शन' (Closed user-fee collection) सिस्टीम असलेल्या महामार्गांवर लागू नाही.
• This pass will not be issued at locations where an alternative road or service road is available.ज्या ठिकाणी पर्यायी रस्ता किंवा सर्व्हिस रोड उपलब्ध आहे, तिथे हा पास दिला जाणार नाही.
• The implementation of the pass will take effect at toll plazas from November 1, 2026, and through the 'Rajmargyatra' app from December 1, 2026.पासची अंमलबजावणी टोल नाक्यांवर १ नोव्हेंबर २०२६ पासून आणि 'राजमार्गयात्रा' (Rajmargyatra) ॲपद्वारे १ डिसेंबर २०२६ पासून होईल.
